Positive: Location, facilities, super friendly and helpful staff. Special Thanks to Decameron Explorer team. We did four tours during our stay. Tabatinga - short tour Puerto Narino + Isla de Los Micos etc. - full day tour Jungle night walk - short tour Natural Reserva Marasha - full day tour. All of them were excellent and professionally managed. Highly recommended Manuel and Henry, as they made every effort to make our stay unforgettable.

Positive: Everything was good but the hours of the pool are very limited

Negative: The pool is closed in the morning and after 6 p.m., so you can’t really use it unless you don’t plan anything else during the day -which is unlikely, since people go to the Amazon to do different activities.

Positive: Stepping into this hotel from the heat and bustle of Leticia is like entering an oasis. The grounds are beautiful with flowers, fruit trees ponds and a pool. The staff was professional and courteous. Special shout out to the dining room staff who always greeted us with smiles and helped bridge the language barrier (like Jolman). Loved the super friendly cleaning staff. The restaurant / bar setting was superb and the sheer amount of food was unbelievable. Rooms were huge!

Negative: The pool is beautiful but closed down way too early to take advantage of most days (we were often exploring until just before dinner and the pool closed around 7 ish). When we were around late afternoon, it would have been nice to have some music around the pool instead of the TV on (no guests were watching it) but we did enjoy our dip. Since it isnt really safe to wander after dark, it would be really great to see games like Jenga etc to play but that is more 'wish list'.

Positive: Rooms are very big and clean. The garden and the pool are clean and well maintained. Restaurant personnel is very kind and willing to give the best service. Food was good in quality and variety.

Negative: The biggest problem in this structure is that they don’t speak a single word in English, only Spanish even at the reception or at their travel agency. It took 30 minutes just to make them understand that I needed to book a taxi to the airport the morning of my departure. The restaurant is missing som basics (white wine, they just had one bottle, we were lucky enough to ask in advance and they reserved the only bottle for us; beer they have just Corona and no Coke. While is not a big deal in general I would expect these basics to be available given the price of the location). Wi-fi is ok but it’s annoying to have one code for each device and that every time you leave it disconnects; they should go for more modern way to connect.
